What materials are used?

We work with European-grade PLA+, PETG, Carbon Fibre Nylon and bioplastic materials!

No minimum order is required —whether you need one prototype or a full production run, we’re here to help!
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards and other secure online payments.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

What factors influence pricing?

Pricing depends on model size, complexity, material selection, printing time and any required post-processing.
How do I request a quote?

Upload your design on our “Get a Quote” page, provide details (material, size, quantity) and we’ll deliver a custom quote tailored to your needs!
What if my order is damaged?

Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by emailing athenacraftworks@gmail.com with your order details and supporting video. We'll help you out!
How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships, along with detailed tracking instructions!
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
What shipping options are available?

Is my design confidential?

Your intellectual property is safe with us. We gladly sign NDAs to ensure complete confidentiality.

Can you print flexible materials?

What layer resolution do you offer?

We can achieve resolutions as fine as 0.02mm, ensuring unparalleled detail in every print.
What is your maximum print size?

Our printers accommodate sizes up to 350 x 350 x 400mm. For larger projects, contact us for custom solutions.
